this was so cool! i don’t usually see most of these guys, i think it’s a combination of low tide being mid day, the changing of seasons where it’s not too hot not too cold, and the length of time i was out there. i’ve never seen jellyfish in this area before, especially not so near shore! super cool day for me:)
(to the best of my ability each is: rock gunnel, star tunicate x2 photo, egret, sea squirt of some variety, shrimp, moon jelly x3, all in rocky intertidal surrounded by fucus, ascophylum, and pylaiella)
