Strange blood marks on eggs

| These are odd. They almost look like fly droppings? I can get 3 to 5 eggs a day and every other day one has these specks on it on mostly one side but some on the far side. No blood smears. The specs are raised too and don't appear part of the shell. I'm guessing these are related to some kind of bug problem? If it matters I'm in Alaska. They free range on about .5 acres.
