Plz help a sister gal out

This is my hair in the morning after going to sleep with it wet/ full of leave on conditioner. I use Odele moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and I think it smells fab and does decent with my hair texture -compared to- everything else. It "deflates" through the course of the day but it's still dry, poofy, non silly, falling weird . My texture is changing maybe due to aging and I'm growing out a bob.

It's like it wants to curly or at least wave sooo badly, but can't. I live in a dry desert area with hard water. Literally willing to trying anything like dip it in a bowl of bottled water or something lol
