Looking for kid and budget friendly country in Asia

Can anyone suggest a kid-friendly and budget friendly country in asia? My son will be turning 7 in Jan 2027 and would love for him to experience other country. I have a 4 yr old and 7 yr old at the time of travel. We will be 4pax. We currently live in the philippines so a colder country will be a plus. I am looking for a place that has parks, playgrounds and the likes. We are not into itinerary when we travel domestically, we usually want to be like locals and not into shopping to. Suggestions for country and itinerary will be much appreciated.
