Anyone rented from Avis at BWI lately? Noticing a strange wave of 5-star Google reviews.

I need to rent a car soon and was looking at the Avis branch over at BWI Airport. The historical 1-star reviews were completely horrible, to the point where I wouldn’t have considered renting from them at all.

However, I recently checked their local Google Business profile and noticed a massive, sudden influx of perfect 5-star ratings boosting their score.

Has anyone actually rented from the BWI Avis location recently? Are these new positive reviews accurate to a recent turnaround at the airport lot, or is something else going on?
