Did Ponds Cold Cream (greeny lid) cause breakout for you?

I’ve had progressively worse acne on the left side of my cheek, after spending my adult life with no acne… I bought ponds cream in January, and I think I noticed the acne around March. The left side of my face is super bright red and covered in acne, but not puss filled and it didn’t have any heads - feels smooth but just a little bumpy. I’ve noticed it’s got progressively worse until the entire left side of my face just looks awful…

I have my honeymoon in two weeks (we’re doing the wedding in August, there is method behind the madness ) and I’m desperately trying to find what the root of it is. It never dawned on me it could be Ponds before now.

Please help :(
