Holiday storage solutions that won’t let mold grow?

I just opened my holiday box and there was mold in there. What solutions exist to store both breakables and fabrics without them getting moldy? I’m on the windward side so it rains every day and is humid all the time.

I’m trying to organize my life and I’m being defeated by the climate. What works for you folks?
