What comb type does he have, and any breed guesses? This is George

He's not super big but definitely isn't a bantam, our neighbors cockfight and we found him in our yard half dead in winter. He's not going back but I've tried to research his comb type and breed and haven't had much luck, I'm open to any guesses!
