Help immediately

Plz don’t tell me this is Wry Neck! I noticed my silkie kind of moving her neck all over the place this morning but I was talking to her and thought she was just being playful. I just noticed her doing it again this afternoon on her own. She is completely fine otherwise but I just feel like this is abnormal. Is this wry neck? If so what can I do to help it before it gets too bad ?
