Hollow under the eye

I'm 18F and I have really dark hollow under the eyes. And i literally look like a ghost. I literally have sunken eyes. How do i reduce that ? And also i don't know if it's genetics but it happened mostly due to lack of sleep and screentime and stress . So help me out💔
