Chicken is exhibiting some signs of something I can't figure out, help

Found her like this, this morning. She was fine yesterday but now is showing signs of some sort of problem, droopy wings, barely walking, laying down more then standing. I can't tell what is wrong so any help would be greatly appreciated.
