Idk where to post this: HOW do you open these pump bottles? 🥹

It’s a Native Body Wash bottle and EOS shave oil bottle. I’ve tried twisting the top and pushing down while I twist. If anyone knows how these work please lmk! Feel free to flame me in the comments as well 😭
