best shampoo and conditioner for irritated scalp?

hi! i have used dove, elvive, and tresemme and my scalp has stayed itchy, irritated, covered in dandruff and scabs. i have very thick hair and i do use a lot of hairspray and root lifter spray but i was just wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for a set that won’t irritate my scalp?
