Looking to get a peek-a-boo leopard print coloring

I'm looking to get my hair colored similar to this. Was wondering how I should ask for it? How long could it take for a full peek-a-boo in my inner layers? How much it would cost relatively? And if anyone has any salon recommendations/stylists for hair art designs in Taiwan or Japan since I will be going there to get it done. I'm not super sure if this is the right community lol.
