Can I just mix concealer and color collector?

I have really disturbing dark circles, like scary ones. Even my upper eye has become dark as I have aged and pregnancy just made it 100x worse. Im brown so I use a red color corrector with a concealer.

My problem is I NEVER know the right proportion of both to use. Every attempt usually ends up me using too little or too much corrector and then Im caking on more of either to adjust. Its like cutting paper along a straight line and you keep on needing to cut more because the dang line isnt straight.

Can I just mix them both in advance in one tube and use that? Or layering is critical?
