Does this outfit work? Or just look weird

Idk what to think- it could be cute but idkkkkk im tryna find a good fit for my first day of college (PS the bow isn't part of the sweater its for my hair lol) also soz it looks a bit weird layed out i swear its better on a person

edit: guys i forgot to specify but im 14 (15 in to weeks) in the uk college is before uni(uni is american college) so its for 16-18yo's however im going early to do a gcse course for 14-16. so no im not 18 im 14. sorry abt the confusion I prolly should have specified
