Is my hen distressed over her situation?

Due to an abrupt coop situation and a move, her run was damaged and we're at a new home. And she's inside until her outside situation it secured. So we rapidly set up a crate for her to stay in.

She's making a cooing sound for lack of a better word and I can't tell if she's distressed or ok or just confused or something. And I wanna make sure she's as comfortable as possible
