Suzie's Feeling Fowl: Is Our Queen Chickening Out?

Hello, chicken parents!

I’m hoping you can help me figure out what might be going on with Suzie, who is pictured here.

Today, she seemed a little lethargic and wasn’t hanging out with the rest of the flock as she usually does. She also spent a few hours laying an egg, which is longer than normal for her. She did eat and seemed to have a full crop, and I noticed her picking up some grass as well.

Her feathers look a bit ruffled. They’re usually in really nice condition, but today they looked off.

For some background, we’ve been through quite a bit with our flock, including mites and raccoons, and we’re currently dealing with rats, too.
We previously had a mite problem that got so bad we ended up burning our old wooden coop and relocating the chickens to the other side of the yard. Unfortunately, that spot is closer to the street and trash cans, so we might have to move them again.

As a result of their current location, we’ve had some recent wildlife activity, actively tracked on cameras. A few days ago, we saw an opossum trying to get into their run but there was nothing last night. And, we have removed three raccoons in the past two months..

Has anyone experienced any similar feathers change? I’d really appreciate any thoughts or suggestions about what might be going on.
